A highly challenging project on the extreme limits of fabrication capability with large full penetration welds throughout, extremely tight tolerances on flatness and position and with a requirement for 100% NDT testing. SPIIND's work scope on this project was to fabricate all ten segments forming the 20m diameter replacement base for this Nickel Mine Blast Furnace.
